After a brief in-person interview, they will likely take you to lunch for a longer 30 minute-1 hour interview. They are not particularly upfront about the fact that you will be doing door-to-door sales and spend a lot of time trying to sell you on their company. Seems like a multi-level marketing scheme or something similar.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at STL Executives
Interview
First interview was a general face-to-face to get to know about myself and talk about the company. The second was a lunch interview with one of the managers and another candidate. The third interview was immediately after the second, which took about a half hour. I was told that if I was chosen for the position, I would get a call in an hour or two. Received an offer about an hour after I left.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at STL Executives (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I applied online and was called into the office for an interview. There was a bunch of other people there and from what I gathered, it looks like the turnover rate is high. Found out quickly that it was door to door selling but it wasn't blatantly stated.
