      Most employees still enjoy a large amount of liberty to perform their jobs without excessive regulation or micromanagement.

      Cons

      StepCG is growing up, starting at only 15 people 5 years ago and now reaching over 100, they are starting to feel the pains of growing into a mid-size company. This comes with quarterly changes to procedures and policies.
