      Working at Steer, I always felt like I was working on something that had a tangible impact on how the company functions. I wasn't written off as an intern and tasked with busy work; they dedicated time and effort to set me up for success in taking on more challenging and rewarding experiences. They were always open to answering any questions I had and were patient when I made mistakes.

      Cons

      Instructions for tasks were occasionally unclear, or contradictory between management, though they were ultimately cleared up in meetings.

      Very interesting work on a diverse range of technical products. Friendly and supportive team. Management style provides enough latitude for individuals to take initiative to propose and build solutions.

      Cons

      Smaller teams require individuals to take much more initiative to seek out solutions for technical problems.
