      Good pay and benefits, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Need to fight for training, supervisor is a bit manipulative in his speech, you can tell he is telling you half the story. Supervisor makes things up as he goes, poor insight.

      The Co-workers I work with are amazing.

      Cons

      There is a lot of chaos low pay or loss of positions so the higher ups can get more income or build things. The frontline are not appreciated like they should be and they are not very clear with expectations or open about things that need improvement.
