      Pros

      SSM Health has a variety of wonderful benefits, including: retirement plans, health eye & dental insurance, long & short term disability, and PTO (paid time off).

      Cons

      SSM Healrh at times has had to put a freeze on our wages which involved no raises for up to a year or more and also raised our health insurance premiums whuch lasted a year or longer due to Obama care and the economy. No Fun!!!

      Family-like relationship with coworkers, clinic work is better than hospital

      Management is disconnected from front line staff, and it seems like they are more concerned about money and numbers than patient safety and nurse safety
