      Management upper levels are only concerned with numbers and cutting costs. Short staffed and unsafe. Do not have supplies needed. Equipment/Older rooms need updated.

      The Co-workers I work with are amazing.

      Cons

      There is a lot of chaos low pay or loss of positions so the higher ups can get more income or build things. The frontline are not appreciated like they should be and they are not very clear with expectations or open about things that need improvement.
