      The children and families are amazing. They are the most rewarding part of the small community. The benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      The director is not the most fair person. She is inconsistent with expectations. She also rarely gives praise. SHe is nice, away from the workplace.

      Good pay Friendly Coworkers Ability to change things to better the work environment

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
