      At St. Mary's Madison ER, the staff are so inspiring. Everyone has the best intentions for their patients and the patient care is astounding.

      Besides working long hours, which is expected in healthcare, I have no cons.

      Pros

      The Co-workers I work with are amazing.

      Cons

      There is a lot of chaos low pay or loss of positions so the higher ups can get more income or build things. The frontline are not appreciated like they should be and they are not very clear with expectations or open about things that need improvement.
