      At this time I really have nothing good to say about SSM Health outside of all the employees that come each day try to do the best I can.

      Cons

      Morale at all time low. Lost focus on priorities. No local control. All decisions come from St. Louis without any understanding of impact on patient care and or employee.

      Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
