Great overall atmosphere!! Tuition Assistance, Benefits, Flexible schedule, depending on what unit you are on you have people who are willing to help. Who you are working with defines what type of day you will have.
Cons
Management has it picks. If they don't care for you your days will be numbered or they will nitpick until you leave! And every thing is about the budget! This is a numbers driven environment!
