Pros

Face-to-face interaction with patients and customers. I currently have a very diverse job and no two days are alike. I can never be completely prepared for all the opportunities I may encounter in my daily work.

Cons

While I love the diversity of my job and the challenges I face each day it makes it very difficult to achieve the career advancement opportunities I would like to focus on. I want to focus on project management and lean process improvements but in my current role, it feels as though I am there just to put out fires.

Family-like relationship with coworkers, clinic work is better than hospital

Cons

Management is disconnected from front line staff, and it seems like they are more concerned about money and numbers than patient safety and nurse safety
