That is until you are the victim of a restructure. If you land the right side you will be fine but in my case that didn't happen. My whole team was moved into another part of the business who did not understand what we did or how we did it. I would argue they don't even know how to do what they do. Management incompetence, back stabbing and general weak leadership mean the place became toxic, Projects mired in delay and lost revenue due to poor process blamed on me and my team. Zero management support and finally not even bidding for new projects, yet getting upset the EBIT numbers are down
