Cons
Very disappointing place to work that seemed like a good culture and opportunities but it is only from the outside. Internally employees are not happy, scared they will just lose their jobs for no reason and work a lot of hours without the pay to support. Don’t be fooled by what they try to sell you. They care more about making money than the people who help them get there. Very low salaries. They try to claim its competitive but this is not true. Always lower than the average. Leadership team is a joke. Not experienced and your typical boys club. If you have an opinion that goes against the senior team, they will find a way to get rid of you eventually. There are better places to work that really treat you right. They are really good at ‘selling’ you a dream job, Don’t make the mistake of listening or you will find out the hard way.,.
