Pros

If you enjoy a workplace where ambition is optional and taking things seriously is actively discouraged, this might be the perfect fit. There’s no shortage of social events, so if your idea of a good time is avoiding actual work, you’ll feel right at home. For those who thrive in environments where expectations are low and accountability is even lower, this place is a dream come true

Cons

Where to begin? The leadership team—bless their hearts—seems to have mastered the art of staying in power while achieving remarkably little. Their lack of experience and vision is only matched by their ability to deflect blame onto everyone else. It’s almost impressive how they’ve managed to keep their roles despite the revolving door of talent that’s come and gone. (Fun fact: most of the team has changed in the last three years, but the same leaders remain. Coincidence? Absolutely not.) The company loves to talk about "culture" and "values," but it’s clear those words are just for show. Real culture isn’t about throwing pizza parties or awkward social events—it’s about creating a safe, trusting environment where people actually feel empowered to do their jobs. But hey, why bother with that when you can just preach it and hope no one notices you’re not practicing it? And let’s not forget the frequent layoffs and “mutual exits”……. It’s almost like clockwork—just when you think things might improve, someone is shown the door, and leadership acts like it was a totally normal, mutual decision. Spoiler: it wasn’t. The company seems content to stay a small Copenhagen startup, which makes sense when the leadership team’s ambition is overshadowed by their inability to, well, lead. It’s no surprise that most of the good leaders—including one of the founders—have already left. But don’t worry, I’m sure the remaining leaders will find a way to blame this review on the team, too. After all, why take responsibility when you can just keep failing upward?
