Management, Work culture & changing company policies are biggest turn off. Egoist management with limited knowledge about how engineering works. Unrealistic timelines, constantly changing priorities. Often yelling, humiliating in front of others, creating a hostile environment. Engineering has no voice. A software first organization but all decisions are driven by people coming from management background. Nonnegotiable 3 Days in office. Must spend 8 hours in office as they monitor attendance, seats, parking lot etc. Take half day off if one needs to sort out any routine appointments. Working from any other place is NOT allowed. No skill learning Opportunity. Outdated technology stack and engineering practices. Poor and slow growth. If you are not one of their favorites, then don't expect any growth.
