Pros

I had the privilege of working with some of the smartest and nicest people at SNP. It's a wonderful place to work and grow, offering a unique combination of values-driven culture, skill development, and career exploration. 1) Values: SNP is deeply committed to its core values—service, accountability, and curiosity. These aren’t just words on a wall; they are actively embodied by the team, including leadership, in their day-to-day actions and decisions. 2) Skills: At SNP, you don’t just learn skills—you master them. The same communication and leadership principles SNP teaches externally are reinforced internally, creating an environment where employees are set up for long-term success. These skills don’t just stay with you; they differentiate you for the rest of your career. 3) Growth: SNP’s flat organizational structure fosters opportunities to explore new interests and take on meaningful challenges. The work is diverse, customer projects are engaging, and you'll collaborate with some truly amazing customers. If you're someone who thrives on hard work, is solution-oriented, and has a growth mindset, SNP could be a great fit. I’m grateful for the opportunities I had there and for the community that made every day rewarding.

Cons

SNP has amazing leaders, but the flat organizational structure means there’s less traditional management. This can be a positive if you enjoy autonomy and taking initiative (I personally liked this aspect). Success here requires being a self-starter, solution-oriented, and proactive in driving your own career conversations.

Pros

Amazing opportunities if you self advocate and proactively ask for projects.

Cons

It can be challenging to express what you would like to learn from the internship. The company is very hard working and forgets that Interns could be an amazing tool for projects and insight.
