I had the privilege of working with some of the smartest and nicest people at SNP. It's a wonderful place to work and grow, offering a unique combination of values-driven culture, skill development, and career exploration.

Cons
SNP has amazing leaders, but the flat organizational structure means there’s less traditional management. This can be a positive if you enjoy autonomy and taking initiative (I personally liked this aspect). Success here requires being a self-starter, solution-oriented, and proactive in driving your own career conversations.
