I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SNP Communications (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Interviewed a while back. Everyone seemed pleasant enough. And I found a lot of the questions reasonable and easy to answer. I got through four or so rounds. But then, they ghosted. Did not even the courtesy of a formal no. Oh, well. Maybe that's part of the culture these days.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the interviewers was pretty upfront about the org not prioritizing work-life balance. This is odd as one of the images from the company that appears when googled declares "preventing burnout with purpose."
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at SNP Communications (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Large group presentation on what company is looking for. Multiple meetings and trainings in order to get "approved." High standards for delivery. Very particular on level of professionalism and stickign to "script"
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at SNP Communications (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process has been FANTASTIC! SNP San Francisco has moved very quickly. I met one of the founders on Monday. Came back on Tuesday to meet more people and had a phone interview with the other founder today which lasted an hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my experience (of course) and why I wanted to work at SNP. They also had me take a writing test and do a quick presentation. I had good questions prepared to ask the founders and interviewers.
