- Headoffice (at the time I worked) was not supportive in terms of: empathy for staff who did not know how to deal with reoccurring theft from drug addicts, and would normalize it by saying “great customer service is needed.” Would not hire security despite multiple thefts and instances with very dangerous regular criminals. - Covid was another poorly handled situation in which there was no support given for those families with immunocompromised. Just as long as you were able to work, it didn’t matter about anyone else. They asked me to come back after Covid. What a joke. - No room for growth despite them saying there are development plans in place as they would rather have experience than hire internally. - Overall their culture and values do not align. There are people in power who have no such values. Truly sad.
