A good career start in Singapore if you are keen to pursue in aircraft maintenance industry. Get to work in various type of aircraft fleet.
Cons
Although its a subsidiary of SIA, SIAEC has a low profit-sharing-bonus and NO privilege air tickets. Not something as an aviation employee working for an airline to stay long term to a company which has no airline benefits and good bonus.
