      None, except maybe the people you trauma bond with because of what you all go through.

      Cons

      Everything, the founder specifically. This job will give you more trauma than you'll realize it's an emotionally abusive workplace with no boundaries or respect for you as a human. The rollcoaster of emotions from the founder will dictate everything so you will consistently be on eggshells. There is reason no one lasts here, stays here, and they can't keep an office. It's more toxic than you could put into words.

      - Able to learn so many new skills - I really got to own social- founder gave guidance, but not micromanaged - great college work experience

      If you are litigious, this is a great opportunity to engage in a lawsuit as your rights will be violated at some point

      Called slurs on a recorded call by CEO, have yet to receive payment for work, have sen Jackie harass and intimidate other women She is using several IG accounts to falsify engagement and spends all day responding to herself online
