      Pros

      It was a great place to gain my footing in the work industry.

      Cons

      Compensation was not great. No bonuses or anything. Not much of a company culture either. No flexibility to work from home.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
