Excellent benefits, good balance life,
The benefits package could do better to cover non generic prescriptions.
Medical and dental are 80% covered. Massages, acupuncture, etc. are 80% covered (this is poor coverage and should be 100% if compared to other service firms in Canada).
Benefits are typical of what one would expect with a large company, though do not stand out as superb. Over the past few years they have been gradually reduced.
Its people oriented. Promoting training and growth of all team members,
Matching RRSP contribution by the company
Overall is ok. They have a health insurance program that covers dental, vision, physio, hospital stays, etc. They contribute to the employees RRSP based on the amount that the employee contribute but him/herself. There are employment group discounts for gym membership, car rentals and even buy in cars from specific car companies.
Good provider cheap coverage not the greatest
4% RRSP for full-time / permanent employee, this is a very high rate!
Avantages sociaux, stabilité, esprit d'équipe Grosse compagnie qui travaille un peu en silo
