      Good Working Hours. Good leaves

      Cons

      1) Not a good pay master. 2) No succession planning. 3) Lot of cost cutting. 4) No benefits as such apart from statutory ones.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
