      alot of free time, not much of micro managing here, good for fresh grad to gain knowledge

      Cons

      management dont care about the lab technician at all, no benefits, bonus not even a month, no career progression

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
