      Pros

      The team I worked with was the best, including the manager. There were some opportunities to work on various projects.

      Cons

      Some functions are centralized and inefficient. Pay is low. Layoffs and cutbacks seem to be getting more frequent. I was often expected to be unofficially on call to monitor servers that frequently failed.

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
