      You have some flexibility in scheduling

      Cons

      The company is going down the toilet and you can tell. There is no room for promotion. They won't train you, then complain that your not doing what they wont train you on. I wouldn't give the products that pass our tests to my dog, yet alone another human. Coworkers talk behind your back

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
