      Pros

      Nice people, fast paced work, benefits are ok, good starter job for chemistry grads. So much potential to be a great lab if management would invest in some money into the facility, equipment and IT.

      Cons

      Old equipment in some departments, hard to move around to learn new positions, employee turnover, LIMS and network could be better.

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
