Pros

When we were in office they sometimes sprung for pizza. Also they had nice coffee machines.

Cons

Pay cuts, benefits cuts, no bonuses, no raises, but every time someone leaves your department, they'd rather you pick up the slack and not hire anyone new. Speeches from upper managment for 2+ hours on how "you all need to think of new ways to work harder" causing us to work late to make up from the soap box speeches. No support. I've never had so many people just ignore emails because you're just a worthless peon, and then your boss will yell at you something wasn't done because you didn't get the payment/permission because you were ignored, I've never worked for a company more willing to seemingly sabotage because they can't lift a finger to do their jobs to help you. "We're a team" as far as doing more work, but not in terms of whose benefits get cut and whose don't.

Pros

Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

Cons

I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

Pros

- Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

Cons

- Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
