      low level management is great to work for

      Cons

      anyone above a local level has no sympathy or care for hourly employees. The bottom line is all they seem to care about. No real opportunity for career growth.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
