      Pros

      The health, dental and vision are decent. Not the worst or the best. Staff was very kind and understanding when it came to their workers (ie. Needed to take the day off due to kids being sick or whatnot would be no problem)

      Cons

      Horribly low pay for this industry NO RAISES ever which equates this to a dead end job Company was cheap when it came to properly running equipment

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
