Pros
The only pro would be a hope for a change in current management.
Cons
Poor professionalism and poor customer/client interactions from management. Poor training environment of personnel with lack of oversight at the bottom, middle, and even worse at the top. Loss of senior management with limited experienced resources resulting in poor morale, additional loss of experienced or qualified personnel. Counterproductive decision in the promotion of inexperienced unqualified personnel unable to perform at the expected level (current management).
