      The work environment is good and the benefits are competitive. Fellow employees work well together to get the job done efficiently.

      Cons

      Overtime is almost a requirement and you are looked down upon if you prefer not to work it. Treat employees as assets not liabilities

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.
