      Pros

      New equipment is being purchased. Walls are being patched up occasionally. AC works from time to time. Some are flushing the toilet, which is really nice. Sometimes the upper spheres will visit common folk when they will run out of coffee.

      Cons

      Most have absolutely no idea about GMP/GLP. Fresh grads are hired who did some R&D but don't know what GMP is and what that means. The others... oh boy....oh boy...

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
