Pros

No pros at all for me.

Cons

My experience working here was unfortunately not what I expected, especially as a fresh graduate starting my career. During my time in the laboratory department, I felt that the support and guidance provided to new hires and interns were insufficient. The workload was challenging, and interns were often expected to handle responsibilities similar to full-time employees without enough training or proper guidance. I also experienced difficulties with workplace communication, where I felt that mistakes were not always handled through constructive discussions or proper guidance. This made it a challenging environment for me to learn and grow. In my personal experience, the LC-Chromatography team was particularly difficult for me to work with, and I felt that the working environment contributed to my decision to resign. Even during my notice period, I found the experience challenging. I noticed a high turnover among employees during my time there, which made me question the overall working environment and workload management. This review is based on my own personal experience, and I hope the company continues to improve its training, communication, and support system for future employees and interns.
