      - Suitable for fresh graduates that prioritize on gaining lab experience - Good, supportive team members - Sufficient facilities and amenities for staffs - SOP are clear and available for reference, standardized working method - Benefits such as medical coverage, annual leaves, training are good

      - Low base salary - Low annual bonuses - Expected to be working overtime frequently for lab staffs (can be claimed) - Imbalance between manpower and workload

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
