      Pros

      Decent starting salary goes up after probation.

      Cons

      Old run down office, office politics, lots of people talking behind your back. No rewards for hard work, no recognision. Managers have only got in their position from years of service they don't actually know how to manage power gets to their heads. Don't push people to develop want to keep people at their same level so they don't have to pay them more.

      # Pension, # over time # lots of training for field staff # good apprenticeship scheme

      Senior management always interfering, no real career progression, big difference in payscales between D & C business for doing the same job
