Your can learn lots from the unsophisticated business activities which you can never learn from a well running company and for young people, you can get experience.
Cons
Too many management changed in few years, and the US HQ has been moved from SFO to LAX then soon moved to NYC without necessary impacts analysis. Too many uncertainties caused almost nobody could stay longer.
