Mandarin speakers will be very comfortable here.

Cons

Some position can apply for OT but yet still subject to HOD's approval. Which means, you may be eligible to apply OT but you may not get to be approved. Sometimes you as a HQ staff will need to go DC or warehouse to support even during weekend. And PUAs will come in strong this time. Of course there are voluntaries.
