      Pros

      Great product solid local position. Strong Nordic franchise and still lot of talented people around. Good work/life balance a generally flat organization so opinions get heard.

      Cons

      Very Stockholm focused. Not focusing enough in growing the business. The bank is not leveraging on its strong local franchise in the international markets. Way to many middle managers and way too little gets done.

      I’m not sure if there’re any.

      Cons

      They put out their job advertisement in english but only hire Swedes or people who know swedish. Honestly in 2025 everyone in such institution knows english so their requirement doesn’t make any sense. They obviously discriminate against expats. If you email them in english enquiring about a role role, they’ll just ignore you. Ever heard about diversity and inclusion, SEB? Why bother to write advertisement in english at all?
