Stable company with good culture - Sales Manager SDC Technologies Employee Review

Remote Service Technicians (RST) are work from home positions. RST's receive an equipment stipend. RST's can work lots of overtime, up to 12 hrs daily - 7 days a week if you wish for most of the year. SDC provides performance bonuses. Co-Workers are knowledgeable and helpful.

Supervisors care only for their own ratings. SDC's primary customer tends to induce PTSD in RST's after about 6 months or so. RST's carry the burden of dealing with the primary customer, sups take the credit. RST's are overworked and underpaid for their expertise levels.

Pretty much no pros here
