I was contacted by a recruiter for the position. The first part of the interview was with the hiring manager. It only last 15 minutes and they acted very uninterested and made me feel on the defense. It was annoying because they were the ones to reach out to me to interview.

Interview
I applied for a reactor mixing position that I was over-qualified for, HR called me in telling me its not suitable for me and directed me to the lab manager for an unlisted job position. The phone interview was 15 minutes than called me in for face to face which lasted about 1 hr. I was given a written exam to test my basic chemistry. I was given the job within a week or so.
