Pros

Co-workers Great opportunity to learn for your next career move You get to be around some cool vehicles and attend cool events Owners are humble and full of wisdom. Fast Paced, always something to do. Daily scheduled walks 401k is decent I guess Free Financial Success Planning Ping Pong

Cons

This company's senior leadership is a bunch of mid to late 20 year old's that have little to no actual leadership experience, life experience or business knowledge. They assume no accountability for leading their teams the complete wrong way, and blame everybody underneath them for their failures as senior leadership. They would rather hire leaders under them with a fancy resume to fill a spot and reduce their workload, than take the time to find quality candidates to enhance their teams effectiveness. The pay is calculated at a minimum of 50 hours a week, with bonuses. So they get away with paying lower than market value for their open positions. Its kind of an unwritten rule that you devote your life to this place, regardless of your familial situation. This company likes to pull the old "bait and switch" hiring technique and puts money over people 9 out of the 10 times that their sales get down to the wire and they'll sacrifice anybody to get their numbers green again. Director level management and up gets a straight 1/5 stars from me. <1 day of PTO your first year 3 days of PTO after your first year Remote work is allowed on occasion but extremely discriminated against Health/Dental/Vision benefits are absolutely atrocious 0 Support if you want to continue education 0 Support if you want to move up within the dept.

Pros

Team atmosphere, Autonomy to make a difference, “Think like an owner, get paid like an owner” mentality.

Cons

Continued need for systems in order to support the size the company became in quick time.

Pros

Not much, maybe just free food weekly and special treats.

Cons

Management doesn't give a hoot about employee growth, unless you are friends with them or the owners. Employees that mess up over and over and create chaos are never held accountable and continue to create a poor culture. The people that call themselves senior leadership are toxic to the good employees as they don't hold the toxic employees accountable.
