      Pros

      Not much, maybe just free food weekly and special treats.

      Cons

      Management doesn't give a hoot about employee growth, unless you are friends with them or the owners. Employees that mess up over and over and create chaos are never held accountable and continue to create a poor culture. The people that call themselves senior leadership are toxic to the good employees as they don't hold the toxic employees accountable.

      Free food on Thursdays Casual work culture Some remote work capability

      Cons

      Inept staff in senior leadership positions are incapable of being leaders. Problems fester from poor management as senior leadership acts with their own interests in how much bonus they will earn rather than addressing change that is needed to improve processes. Most employees have extremely limited growth potential and the company turnover is very high. Majority of hires leave and find better jobs. It's a fantasy world where leaders and their actions will never be acceptable at other companies. Recommend to stay away.

      Continued need for systems in order to support the size the company became in quick time.
