Pros
Senior Management are keen to understand the employees and to ensure SCC is a company people are not only happy to work for but passionate about it. SCC is making great progressing in changing the experience for its employees and in my experience has become a great place to work, develop and grow.
Cons
Still some areas to be addressed but i do believe these will be addressed, its an ongoing process that SCC is invested on progressing.
