Pros
Very easy to integrate with very friendly colleagues and environment. Lots of opportunities both horizontally and vertically. It is a big corporation with a start up mentality. Most things get done fast without much hassle. This is awesome for many or can be daunting for a few. You definitely don't need to set up a meeting to talk to anyone.
