Pros
Industry leading expense and travel management and resources to support the product. Good, solutions-driven people for the most part.
Cons
-Out of touch executive leadership, who promote initiatives disconnected from the realities customer-facing employees face. -minimal pay raises year over year (2-3% max) -the work is HARD. Maintaining customer relationships with a tech giant is harder than you’d think. Customers pay big money for top of the line support and do not receive it -Work life balance getting worse and worse. It used to be what made the company great but as SAP requires RTO, lays off thousands annually, and continuously restructures, it creates so much more stress for employees
