      Lots of in-house (professional) communities. Lots of benefits and discounts because of economies of scale.

      Cons

      Everyone tries to delegate as much of their responsibilities and tasks as they can get away with. Company tries to maximise its tax-deductibles by offering various salary benefits instead of cash.
