Pros
Pay and bonus is good. Some good colleagues.
Cons
Facilities are the worst I have seen in my 10 yrs of working. No work-life balance, VL and SL that is below average even for a typical call center. HMO is also below par as compared to other SaaS companies (oh wait I think they are comparing themselves with BPOs). On top these, you get to have a director that is incompetent. Director was only promoted because of the numbers but zero skills in people handling. Then promoted a manager that is equally incompetent . Tried to even hide the results of the employee survey by not even discussing it, good thing it was brought up to the Country Manager.
