Pros
Concur is a great company with a strong culture for high performing sales teams. Mostly excellent leadership and opportunity for advancement or transferring internally.
Cons
Be on the lookout for less than effective managers. You'll identify them by their lack of vision and lack of ability to connect with their teams. Like any organization, there's always a few bad apples, but overall a great management team in general.
