Pros
SAIC used to be the place to work! They offered advancement and opportunity if you were lucky enough to know the right people. The pay and benefits were fair and the senior management had vision (when it was Dr. Beyster).
Cons
The company doesn't care anymore, the disconnect between employees and management is monumental. What does a service line know about a customer and what does the customer group know about the service line? Why are there so many more managers? What do they contribute?
